Kimberly Parker is an intern at the Social Enterprise Program at Columbia Business School. She graduated from the University of Virginia with degrees in Spanish and Biology and is interested in reaching underserved populations through health, education, and technology enterprises. She has studied immigration patterns in Spain and worked with rural populations in Costa Rica and India. As we become further connected through the exchange of information, she is hopeful we will be able to alleviate many of the world’s seemingly unnecessary social ills.
