Natalia Mouhapéis an Investment Manager with Bamboo Finance. She is responsible for sourcing, deal making and monitoring investments, and contributes to portfolio strategy. Natalia has over 16 years of experience in M&A and private equity with special focus in the southern cone of Latin America. Prior to joining Bamboo Finance, Natalia was Partner and Director with Argentina’s largest M&A advisor, Infupa. She worked on several M&A transactions in Argentina advising international clients in different industries such as banking and insurance, food, construction materials and media. She was also engaged in debt restructuring processes, fairness opinions and other special assignments. Before joining Infupa, Natalia worked in the M&A department of JP Morgan in Buenos Aires, and during the summer of 2000 she worked in the M&A group of Merrill Lynch in New York. Natalia received a BA in Business and a CPA degree from the Universidad Católica Argentina, where she graduated with honors. Natalia received an MBA from the Wharton School.

Ana Maria Aristizabalis an Investment Associate with Bamboo Finance. She is responsible for sourcing, developing, and monitoring investments in Latin America. Prior to joining Bamboo Finance, Ana Maria worked as a consultant for IFC’s Microfinance Division and the UNDP Growing Inclusive Markets Initiative, and collaborated in several market-based development projects in Latin America and Central Africa. Previously, Ana Maria worked as an Investment Banking Associate at Citi, where she structured and executed capital markets and structured finance transactions for clients in the public, infrastructure and energy sectors in Colombia. Prior to that, Ana Maria worked as a Credit Markets Analyst at ABN AMRO Colombia and as a Financial Analyst at the investment bank Latinvestco S.A. Ana Maria received her bachelor’s degree in Finance & International Relations from Externado University, and holds a Masters of Public Administration from Columbia University. Ana Maria speaks Spanish, English, French and Portuguese. She is currently on the Boards of the following portfolio companies: Apoyo Integral Guatemala and Semisol
