Leading Renew LLC’s consulting services, Josh has extensive experience in the social investment and entrepreneurship sector. Josh also serves as Philanthropy and Innovation Project Manager at the Aspen Institute, where he manages a series of private sector convenings to inform the efforts of the new White House Office of Social Innovation, including a proposed $100 million Social Innovation Fund. Josh hasplanned and evaluated the impact of more than $20 million in philanthropy for clients, includingthe Ford Foundation, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and others.

He serves as a charter member of The Aspen Institute’s Venture Fund, where he assesses investments and crafts guidelines for the fund. Josh’s articles on the way social entrepreneurs are changing the business climate in emerging markets and related subjects have been published inThe Americanand theStanford Social Innovation Review.
