Mission Measurement

Valerie Dao is an associate at Mission Measurement, a firm that helps its clients to create value through social change. At Mission Measurement, Valerie has served as an advisor to social sector leaders such as Carnegie Corporation of New York, Education Pioneers and USA Funds. Before joining Mission Measurement, Valerie served as the Project Coordinator for Nobel Laureate James Heckman’s Human Capital and Economic Opportunity Working Group, a project of the Institute for New Economic Thinking.

 

Valerie is a Fulbright Scholar—her research focused on higher-education reform in Vietnam, surveying human capital development and critical competencies that the international market favors. She holds a Master’s in Public Policy from the Harris School at the University of Chicago and a Bachelor’s in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine.
