From her academic background in environmental engineering and architecture, she developed a great interest on ecological sustainability and urban issues. Currently trying to be a locavore, vegetarian and chef at home, she was attracted to the #Nutrients4all movement while pondering about the “lost connection” between human and the nutrients cycle.
