Eva Wolkowitz

Eva Wolkowitz is a Research Analyst at the Center for Financial Services Innovation, where she develops insights in collaboration with stakeholders and partner organizations to share timely and in-depth knowledge about the evolving underserved market. Wolkowitz analyzes emerging industry trends and innovations with a focus on market dynamics and consumer usage patterns that impact consumer financial health.

 

Prior to joining CFSI, Wolkowitz worked as a Legislative Aide in the Ohio House of Representatives, immersing herself in state and local policy creation. In this capacity, she served as clerk of the House Financial Institutions, Real Estate and Securities Committee, a role that helped develop her interest in financial products that serve consumers and communities well. She also built skills as a field organizer and manager for national, statewide, and regional political campaigns in Ohio and spent six months working with the Election Commission of Bhutan on the development of participatory institutions and processes following Bhutan’s transition to democracy.

 

Wolkowitz holds a Master of Public Policy from the Ford School at the University of Michigan, where she focused her graduate work on economic and urban development, domestic social policy, and non-profit management. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Oberlin College.
