Sarah Troup
The Rockefeller Foundation

Sarah Troup joined the Rockefeller Foundation in 2006. As Associate Director, Portfolio Management,Troup supports the Director of Portfolio Management and Organizational Performance, providing a strategic management role in facilitating decisions related to our work and progress toward institutional goals. She designs key decision-making meetings, leading the development of analytic tools to inform portfolio-level choices and providing counsel on what teams are learning in order to identify linkages across our work and help ensure the Foundation’s success.

 

Troup also supports the Foundation’s work on Digital Jobs Africa as a Program Associate. In this capacity, she manages relationships with current and prospective grantees throughout the grantmaking process, coordinates Foundation work with partners, and conducts research in support of the strategic development and execution of Foundation work.

 

Troup received a bachelor’s degree from New York University and received a master’s degree in International Educational Development from Columbia University.
