WHO, and the Government of France, holding the Presidency of the Conference of Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, will jointly host the Second Global Conference on Health and Climate: “Building Healthier Societies through implementation of the Paris Agreement”.

Objective: The Conference will showcase how the public health community will support the implementation of the Paris agreement, in order to build healthier and more sustainable societies.

Registration: Participation at the conference is by invitation. If you would like to attend, please indicate your interest by emailing maierom@who.int. The closing date for expressions of interest is 30 May 2016.

Travel and accommodation: Registration is free, but the organisers are not able to cover travel or accommodation costs. Information on recommended travel and accommodation arrangements will soon be made available on this page.
