Women In Green Forum

THE WOMEN IN GREEN FORUM HAS EMERGED AS THE PREMIER CONFERENCE SERIES HIGHLIGHTING WOMEN’S IMPACT ON THE ENVIRONMENTAL INDUSTRY.

From the White House to Fortune 500 company leaders, our annual program features the environmental industry’s brightest and most innovative speakers. The mission of the Women In Green Forum is to create a venue for sustainability professionals to develop the skills necessary for professional success, to promote women’s leadership across the environmental industry, and to channel our efforts on building a better world where both genders have equal access to and are involved in leadership and decision-making.  Offering interactive sessions, career workshops, networking activities, and a clean vehicle ride & drive, the Forum provides attendees with a platform to form effective relationships with key players in the environmental industry.

On August 31, 2016, the Forum returns to the Luxe Hotel on Sunset Boulevard.  The Luxe offers an indoor/outdoor flow allowing attendees to dive into a variety of workshop sessions, grab a coffee under a tree in the sculpture garden, or browse the Eco Boutique for a highly curated marketplace featuring items sourced from the local makers scene.

The 7th Annual Women in Green Forum (WIGF) will incorporate keynotes, panels, and interactive workshops around the theme “Business as (Un)Usual: Where Purpose Meets Profit”. In addition to featuring sessions about sustainability in business, throughout the day attendees will have the opportunity to hear from presenters and exhibitors in ‘Work,’ ‘Life,’ and ‘Balance’ themed breakout rooms that call attention to networking and professional skills, personal environmental consciousness, and mind and body wellness. Women of all ages, backgrounds and career paths are encouraged to attend.
