Team Coordinator

This position will handle all aspects of office administration and support human resources at Enso.

The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task, manage time, and communicate effectively and tactfully with clients, vendors and employees. They will be passionate about the mission of enso, and eager towards building a team, culture, and workplace that allows for that mission to thrive.


Office Management and Operations

  • Handle all daily administrative and facilities needs, including greeting visitors, ordering office supplies, answering main enso phone line, ordering occasional meals, calendaring, maintenance of all office tech equipment, facilities maintenance, mail distribution and other tasks as needed
  • Organize and maintain pertinent files and server
  • Coordinate travel for staff when needed
  • Assist with special projects as needed, including researching for client projects and other enso initiatives
  • Maintain a well organized system for partnering with the accounting team
    • Process invoices and maintain organization system and P.O.s for payment of Enso and vendors/contractors
    • Organize all company expenses and employee reimbursements in accordance with proper accounting procedures

Human Resources

  • Serve as the the liaison between Human Resources related vendors and staff
  • Support in other human resources tasks as needed
  • Manage confidential information

Recruitment and Hiring

  • Support Enso Culture Officer and Project Manager to implement hiring plan


  • 2 - 3 years experience in a fast paced work environment and a Bachelor’s degree
  • High level of computer literacy including working knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google Docs
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to self-check work
  • Excellent time management skills, keeps manager informed of problems
  • Task oriented, excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize work load
  • Enthusiastic attitude, cooperative team player, adaptable to new or changing circumstances,
  • Professional demeanor, sensitive to client needs, self-motivated, creative and innovative
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills
