Wednesday, October 30, 2013

HealthMobile, Nigeria’s first global healthcare app, has been launched and aims to combine native medical information with user-generated content.

HealthMobile is the second mobile app to come out of the HealthBook Project, an initiative founded by Joshua Ihejiamaizu and Johnson Okorie, the co-owners of NIXIT, the company directly responsible for managing HealthMobile.

The app will be available for Android and BB10 users and provides health news, food, diet and lifestyle planning advice as well as a hospital locator service.

There is also information on drugs, supplements, first aid information and videos.
