World Bank, Global Fund, Partner to Expand Results-Based Financing for Maternal and Child Health

he World Bank and the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria announced today a new partnership to support select countries to expand access to essential health services for women and children through results-based financing (RBF) and accelerate progress on Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) 4—reducing child mortality and 5—improving maternal health.
