Mister Sister clinics roll on

Friday, March 6, 2015

The Mister Sister initiative started almost three years ago is making a positive contribution at enhanced access to primary health care in rural and remote populations in the Otjozondjupa, Omaheke and Khomas Regions.

The core target group is rural employees and their dependents whose employers contribute to the health care programme through annual subscription and premium contributions.

Employees and dependents of non-subscribing employers can also use the mobile clinic service for a fee, but for a limited duration after which the employer will be required to subscribe to the service. Ohlthaver & List (O&L) Group announced its support of the initiative recently.
