3. Third party nominators can submit nominations of ventures on this form. Third parties include – but are not limited to – accelerators, impact funds, family offices, civil society organizations, international organizations, development banks, or governments etc. In case you want to nominate multiple ventures, please fill the form multiple times.
4. We encourage third parties to complete this nomination form in cooperation with the nominated venture, in order to ensure the accuracy of the information provided. In case you want to nominate multiple ventures, please fill the form multiple times.
5. Confidentiality clause: UNDP guarantees that information about every submission will be treated in strict confidence. Only UNDP staff working on the Cambodia GSIV programme and involved in the selection process will have access to the information provided. Electronic copies may be retained by UNDP for the sole purpose of satisfying legal and/or data protection requirements.
