Eligibility Criteria – Women-led MSMEs:
1. Age: The applicant must be 18 years of age or older as of 31 March 2024.
2. Incorporation: The organisation must have been incorporated for at least 2 years as of 31 March 2024.
3. Tech Usage: The organisation should incorporate tech-based solutions within its business operations.
4. Applicant’s Role: The applicant must have been actively working as the founder/co-founder/CXO for at least 1 year as of March 31, 2024.
5. Revenue Cap: The organisation’s annual turnover should not exceed INR 250 crores as of 31 March 2024.
6. Women Ownership: Women must hold a minimum of 33% cumulative ownership in the organisation. Any of the following documents must be provided to confirm ownership: a. Shareholding Agreement b. Company Incorporation Documents c. Board Resolutions
d. Founder’s Agreement
7. SPOC Requirement: The Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the women’s category must be a woman.
8. MSME Certificate: Submission of an MSME certificate is mandatory for shortlisted participants.
