2023 has been a year of significant achievements and advancements in the use of chat for social impact. The Chat for Impact Summit invites the community to join from across the globe to engage, learn, and share the successes and insights gained over the year. A special focus this year will be on the evolving role of AI and Large Language Models in enhancing the effectiveness and reach of chat services.

The event will feature presentations from organisations leading the way in chat technology including updates from Turn.io’s regional teams across the globe, and Meta’s reflection on the past year along with their plans for the future. Key funders and impact experts within the sector will also share their thoughts and ideas for the coming year.

A highlight of the Summit will be the annual Chat for Impact Awards, recognising organisations and individuals for their exceptional achievements in Service Design, Growth, Impact, Community Support and Technical Innovation.
