Topic: Redefining the idea of a ‘Good (for all) Business’ – The World Has Changed

The COVID-19 global pandemic has laid bare just how central worker wellbeing is to the way businesses function. In this session, I draw upon the rigorous research that my organization, Good Business Lab, has been doing to find common ground between worker wellbeing and business interests. The main lesson here is that ensuring that employees feel safe, healthy, and equipped with the skills they need is one of the most important investments businesses can make in this difficult economic environment.
