Our organization has grown steadily for 4 years and is now dramatically accelerating growth. 1863 Ventures is looking for a dynamic individual to join the team as a Program Manager to help continue this growth trajectory and support our small business community.

Job Summary:
The Program Coordinator must be a detail-oriented individual who has experience supporting the delivery of business development programming. This individual will be responsible for managing program operations and communications, producing program reports, tracking key metrics for program goals, engaging partners for collaborative opportunities, and supporting the success of New Majority entrepreneurs. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for enhancing access for the New Majority, and a strong willingness to help entrepreneurs excel.

A successful candidate will be charged with the following duties and have the qualifications listed below.

Responsibilities/Duties
• Coordinate the administration of business development curriculum for 1863 Ventures programming
• Oversee quality assurance and manage engagement process between mentors/business advisors and 1863 Ventures entrepreneurs
• Ensure direct alignment between 1863 Ventures programs and marketing/communications assets
• Host webinars and special program sessions for entrepreneurs as needed
• Create and execute strategies to thoughtfully grow the 1863 Ventures ecosystem
• Provide access to resources, advisors, and tools to support the scalability of program alumni
• Source and establish dynamic partnerships with the goal of providing brand awareness for 1863 Ventures’ entrepreneurs and changing the narrative
• Track, organize, and analyze entrepreneur community in CRM system to help guide programming, resource and goal alignment, and relationship management
• Create, engage and support participant communications amongst program stakeholders via Slack, etc.
• In collaboration with team members, cultivate storytelling and communications framework to effectively articulate ecosystem narrative and market the program and its entrepreneurs
• Conduct check-in calls with program stakeholders

Qualification/Skills:
• Fluent in English
• Bachelor’s degree, min. 3 years of program coordinator related experience
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• MS Office and English proficiency
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledgeable of CRM systems (Zoho a plus)
• Pristine attention to detail
• Sharp problem-solving skills
• Thoughtful relationship manager and builder
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to move fluidly between collaborative and independent work styles
• Ability to make assessments quickly and identify best course of action
• Commitment to thinking critically and creatively about making the New Majority a reality

Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $65 – $75k (based on experience)
