Donor Management

  •  Prepare grant proposals and progress reports in appropriate formats
  •  Provide financial information for new proposals and reporting
  •  Plan and Organize regular school visits for Donors and their employees
  •  Maintain relationships with existing donors and respond to their requests for information
  •  Lead generation to identify new prospect, vet them through research and setup preliminary conversations to be pursued by Director/Manager
  •  Create employee engagement plans and execute them 


  •  Research and target funding agencies and foundations
  •  Regularly monitor donor websites and identify opportunities matching the work of the organization
  •  Prospect Research to gauge the strength of the prospects being considered
  •  Compile and maintain a database of international and local donor organizations
  •  Support the team with additional research as and when required Individual Giving, Fundraising Events
  •  Plan and implement fundraising events and campaigns with support from the communications team
  •  Develop and coordinate web-based fundraising 


  •  Ensure that donor reports meet requirements and contracts, and that they are of a high standard and submitted on time
  •  Work closely with the communications team to develop collateral’s and material for fundraising purposes
  •  Provide necessary compliance documents to donors and help in the Due – Diligence process
  •  Supervise and coordinate donor recognition, tax donation receipting along with the Finance team 

Required Qualifications

  •  1-2 years of relevant experience desired but not required
  •  Bachelor’s degree in any stream

Knowledge and Technical Skills

  •  Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  •  Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
  •  Strong analysis and statistical expertise preferred
