In addition, CHAI\’s teams are working side-by-side with over 30 governments to tackle many of the largest barriers to effective treatment and care.
Global Markets Team
The Global Markets Team (GMT) works to address supply-side barriers to access and foster the development of healthy marketplaces. We play a leading role in managing relationships with pharmaceutical and diagnostic companies to implement strategies that unlock the revenue potential of emerging markets while meeting public health needs. Together with internal and external stakeholders, we support the development of policies and agreements that expand and accelerate access to lifesaving commodities while meeting commercial goals.
The Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) is currently seeking an Associate to join our Global Markets Team (GMT). Associates on the GMT typically have significant private sector experience, working at leading pharmaceutical, consulting, or investment banking firms. These individuals join CHAI because of their passion to make a transformative impact in global health. The Associate will translate their private sector expertise and skills to tackle the most pressing global health issues and act as a catalyst for positive change. The Associate will play a supporting role in the design and execution of strategies that improve and shape global health commodity markets. The Associate will develop expertise in a therapeutic area and engage at all stages of the project lifecycle from strategy development to execution. As part of this, the Associate will engage a range of stakeholders internally and externally and develop analytical models and frameworks to guide project implementation.
