ABOUT THE ROLE – ASSOCIATE, MARKET STRATEGY
The Associate ensures that Gradian’s customers are supported to exacting, world-class levels. You will be the first point of contact and first impression for a customer-focused organization. Working across the company, this role does what it takes to make sure our products arrive, providers are trained, and our installed base is working properly.

A successful candidate will develop a broad set of professional skills, honing them to the level of excellence in a demanding and supportive environment. You will work with an accomplished and diverse team in which each individual is committed to rapid development of themselves and others. This role has high potential to evolve based on the particular strengths that you bring to the team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
– Proactively contacting clinical providers and biomedical technicians in our hospitals around the world to provide support and gather data on our products and services.
– Regularly communicating with our distributors and technicians to support their work in the field and ensure customer support meets Gradian’s expectations.
– Managing complex training, preventive maintenance, and service visit schedules.
– Managing service cases from initial reporting through to closure.
– Feeding data and observations back to Gradian’s business development and service functions to inform strategy and activity on the ground.
– Supporting Gradian’s logistics team with shipments and travel.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE –  You have 2+ years of experience providing effective support and analysis in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.

PARLEZ VOUS FRANCAIS? – You’re at least comfortable in french conversation and basic writing to be able to support our francophone markets

DEVELOPING COUNTRY EXPERIENCE – You don’t need have lived abroad before, but having an understanding of, and empathy for, how developing countries work is vital to the success of the role.

EARLY RISER – Since many of our partners are in other time zones it means being able to start your day early.
