Who we are
ReWork began with a belief that people deserve to feel a sense of meaning and fulfillment in their work, and that organizations working to make the world a better place deserve – and require – the most talented professionals in order to achieve their missions and meet their full potential.
We advance meaningful work by serving companies who offer it, and professionals who seek it. In connecting our generation’s very best with these forward-thinking organizations, we see an incredible opportunity for all of us to rethink, reimagine, and redefine the very notion of “work.”
We provide best-in-class recruiting services for nonprofits, social enterprises, and purpose-driven companies, helping them find the people they need to achieve their world-changing missions. And in doing so, we help professionals find meaningful work.
ReWork is a graduate of the Unreasonable Institute, has been profiled in places like Harvard Business Review, Fast Company, and Forbes, and works with over 100 impact-driven organizations including Acumen, GOOD/Corps, The B Team, and CODE2040, among many others.
Hiring: Business Development Coordinator
We're looking for a Business Development Coordinator who will manage ReWork’s sales pipeline and assist with the acquisition of new clients. Working directly with our leadership team, your mission is to support efforts in closing new business through the management of our CRM, scheduling sales calls, targeted outreach, and other sales management activities. Using sound judgment, you understand the best methods to tee up leadership for success.
You bring positive energy, self-motivation, and a relentless desire to multiply the positive impact in the world which our clients work tirelessly to create.
You thrive in ambiguity and are also gifted at bringing structure and processes into your workflow. You will flourish in having significant autonomy over your work and are excited to take advantage of our remote work policy – whether traveling home to see family and friends, spending time with parts of the team in Colorado, or hunkering down in a coworking space in Argentina.
An Early-Career Professional – 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
A Creative Problem Solver – Be industrious. Be inquisitive. Ask questions. Seek efficiency.
A Details Guru – Live in them. Be exceptionally organized.
A Follow-up Artist – Never skip a beat. Understand your audience.
A Strategic Juggler – Balance countless moving pieces. Manage your time (and energy!). Think and act strategically.
An Exceptional Communicator – Communicate clearly. Build strong relationships. Earn respect and trust – internally and externally. Build organizational culture.
A Self-Aware Reflector – Understand yourself. Listen. Empathize with your team.
An Exceptional Project Manager – Plan according to timelines. Empower your team members to hit deadlines and keep projects on point.
A Natural ReWorker – Have fun. Showcase rigor and humility. Bring your whole self. Make mistakes; learn & improve.
