About the Role:
myAgro Senegal (Sama Mbey) is looking for a accomplished Program Associate (PA) to lead its call center efforts by supervising daily operations and personnel aiming for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Reporting to the Deputy Country Director, Programs, you will also ensure that the call center is meeting it’s targets. You will solve problems as they come up and make improvements to processes. You will prioritize great customer service and will model effective communication for your team.

You Will:
Develop goals for the call center’s daily activities
Collect and analyze call-center statistics (sales rates, agriculture activities, customer service metrics)
Assume responsibility of budgeting and tracking expenses of the call center
Hire, coach and provide training to staff to maintain high customer service standards
Monitor and improve ordering, telephone handling and other procedures
Prepare reports for different departments or upper management
You Have:
Experience as call center manager or similar position
Experience in customer service
Knowledge of performance evaluation and customer service metrics
Experience with reporting and budgeting procedures
Experience in basic financial analysis (cost-effectiveness, cost-benefit analysis)
Proficient in MS Office, G-suite and call center equipment/software programs
