THE OPPORTUNITY The COO will provide leadership and oversight for RTT’s day-to-day functions and team, working to develop and maintain an organizational infrastructure and culture that supports staff to do their best work. You will provide leadership and management of the human resources, financial resources, IT, and office administration of Resetting the Table, ensuring effective operations and cultivating a thriving, aligned culture of excellence as we grow.
