We’re seeking a creative and strategic communications professional to help reshape our brand and communications approach. This consultancy role will work with our leadership team to redefine and elevate our communications across all touch points.

– Bring clarity, coherence, and polish to how we present ourselves
– Guide and support our communications staff
– Translate our mission into a consistent and inspiring visual and narrative identity
– Take ownership of design and narrative infrastructure across platforms
This is a strategic hire that will improve our internal workflows and external visibility while reducing the burden on our executive director and lead staff.
Your Role
As Communications & Design Lead, you’ll be a strategic partner and creative lead responsible for reshaping how the Transformations Community communicates—visually, narratively, and structurally. You’ll also directly supervise our existing communications team, helping them grow while bringing consistency and quality to our outward-facing work.
