1. Understand the needs of low-income communities, so that Swasth’s offering can be tailored to Ahmadabad’s context. This includes people’s healthcare needs, satisfaction from current providers, expectations for service delivery (affordability, quality, convenience)

2. Devise Strategy to promote the centers in communities to ensure effective utilisation of services offered: Tailoring messaging to low-income communities in Ahmadabad, determining communication channels, etc

3. Manage Outreach/Health Workers to implement Outreach strategy: Recruitment, Training, Goal Setting, Day-to-day performance management (managing leaves of staff, training and skill upgradation), Staff engagement, satisfaction and retention

4. Collect independent patient feedback about services delivered, and build an accountable and transparent consumer complaint redressal system

5. Build community relationships with opinion leaders and influencers

· Resident of Ahmadabad for at least 3 years
· Masters in Social Work / Development from a reputed university
· Deep belief in Swasth\’s vision, missing and values
· Minimum work experience of 5 years
· Prior experience in managing and leading teams
· Fluency in Gujarati (written, spoken) is a MUST, and fluency in English is preferred
