As a Bridge for Billions’ Digital Graphic Designer and Brand Owner, you will be an instrumental contributor to making our visual identity and communications stand out. You will have a direct impact on the success of one of the hottest social startups in Europe, being able to showcase your excellent design and creative skills, and be empowered to act proactively.

Join us and you’ll work and collaborate with our marketing team in the planning and implementation of our marketing strategy across all of our channels.
Here’s what you can expect:

Be the end-to-end implementer for all visual needs (e.g. illustrations, logos, presentations, new webpage, whitepapers, social media, blogposts infographics); Generate eye-catching designs that communicate the message.
Be our brand owner and update its architecture or guidelines as needed.
Act as a strategist as much as an implementer, bring creative ideas to the table and challenge the marketing team.
Contribute to original illustrations following brand guidelines for all types of deliverables.
Improve the graphic quality of the company’s marketing assets, the sales team’s presentations and proposals, and other digital graphics and assets.
Work with a small, agile, and interdisciplinary team to complete multiple projects simultaneously in a timely manner.
Have the ability to offer various design solutions answering to a given need or brief, understand the importance of divergence in the creative process rather than having a “one way only” attitude.
Be responsible for the website, blog, social media, and marketing & sales collaterals, keep it user-centric and implement A/B tests when needed.
Be up-to-date with branding and design trends and practice.
Transform product value propositions into a collection of compelling and diverse marketing assets.
Create templates for marketing campaigns both organic and paid.
Recommend and implement marketing concepts and strategies to support strategic growth initiatives.
Deliver work on time and fit the rhythm of a dynamic team, and balance being extremely detail-oriented without being “stuck in perfection mode”.

— Hard skills —
4+ years of work experience in visual design (experience at design, creative, or marketing agency is an advantage).
Strong skills in visual design including illustration, infographics, typography, layout/composition, color as well as a good grasp of interaction design principles.
Knowledge of brand architecture and strategic branding and makes sure every detail is aligned with our brand.
Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote highly preferred.
Growth design approach, you know when to put emphasis on speed and your pieces should achieve the desired business or learning outcome.
Proven experience in conceiving, designing, and art direction with various content types – ex: illustration, styling & editorial, logo & identity systems, digital and brand communications.
Fluent or highly proficient English is a must. Spanish or other languages like French will be a plus.
Experience with web design on WordPress/Elementor. Willingness to learn and grow in this area if required.
Knowledge of UI/UX in designing; a mindset of designing with usability and user experience in mind. You understand the importance of usability and navigation – besides pure aesthetics.
Previous experience with video creation. (Animation, Shooting and Editing)
