The African Science Academy (ASA) is the leading science and maths academy for academically gifted young African women. Following the success of our third cohort of students, the African Gifted Foundation UK is looking for someone exceptional to take ownership of our strategy and expansion going forward.
We are recruiting a visionary and go-getting Director of Programmes (UK-based), with proven project delivery experience to oversee and lead our work across communications, fundraising, project management and strategy.
This is an exciting role working as part of a small and ambitious team, focused on building the next generation of female STEM leaders in Africa. From building strategic partnerships with top universities worldwide, to brainstorming long-term strategy with the Chair and overseeing our annual fundraising gala, you’ll be involved with all aspects of running the foundation. If you’re passionate about girls education, dedicated, confident, versatile and highly organised, this could be the job for you.
