As our Entrepreneur Network Coordinator you will work directly with our Platform team, supporting us in building and animating our network of social entrepreneurs and partners to offer valuable opportunities and support to accelerate their development. Your specific responsibilities will include:
•       Supporting the Monitoring and Evaluation team in analyzing client entrepreneurs’ profiles and needs
•       Investigating and evaluating resources and opportunities that can support the growth of the entrepreneurs (information, connections, events, workshops, funding, etc)
•       Connecting the entrepreneurs with the selected resources and opportunities through:
o       Creating content and coordinating the publication of a monthly newsletter
o       Building and animating an online platform for entrepreneurs and partners
o       Communicating directly with entrepreneurs and part
o       ners to offer individualized opportunities
•       Designing and executing online and offline activities to animate the network of entrepreneurs and partners, including the organization of local events

•       Bachelor degree in Economics, Business, Human Sciences, or related fields studies– holding a Master degree and/or having a multidisciplinary path is a plus
•       At least 2 years of professional experience in positions related to partnerships and community management, communication, capacity building and/or event planning – Experience in entrepreneurship programs and knowledge of the social entrepreneurship sector is a strong plus
•       Proficiency in Office suite – Knowledge of community management tools is a plus (WordPress, MailChimp, Yamm)
•       Fluency in Spanish (verbal and writing) and professional working proficiency in English
•       Contextual understanding and appreciation for the difficulties and rewards of working in a developing context – Previous experience in a developing country is a strong plus
•       Effective communicator and positive influencer with awareness of cultural identity, patience and strong sense of empathy
•       Change-driver with a “can do” mindset, adaptable and creative out of the box thinker with a learning attitude
•       6 – 10 month commitment to working on the ground in Quetzaltenango, Guatemala
