About the Role:
myAgro is growing very quickly. Because of the growth of our company, we are looking for a motivated bilingual (French/English) university graduate who is interested in recruiting, human resources, agriculture or development to join our talent acquisition team in Dakar. No prior work experience is required. You will work on many tasks related to hiring new employees at myAgro and will learn more about the recruiting profession. You will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition.
Write and Edit Job Descriptions (in English) and post them to job boards and to platforms like LinkedIn
Maintain internal recruiting systems, including our applicant tracking system (We will provide training)
Help conduct interviews.
Help with new hires contract signing and onboarding.
Work with hiring managers and recruiters on others tasks as assigned
Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken), you will report to an English speaking manager.
The ability to type more than 60 words per minute
An interest in learning more about recruiting, people operations and human resources.
An interest in working with people from many different backgrounds.
No prior experience in talent acquisition is required. No specific educational background is required
Approximately 4 weeks of paid time off each year
