BIOSORRA is seeking a talented individual with a financial background who possesses infinite curiosity. You’ll partner with the CEO to execute the implementation strategy and meet targets. # Responsibilities
– Help guide our overall strategy through financial model
– Balance speed and quality, with a focus on tangible results
– Project management with the team
– Present your roadmap at company-wide check-ins
– Prepare investors’ financial projections and pitch
– Provide regular feedback and support
– Fast learner agricultural crop cyclicalities and operations
– Set up a production facility on the ground with regular visits
# Qualifications
– 3+ years of experience in consulting or finance
– Financial or economics studies background
– Desirable: experience in startup, agriculture sector
– Excellent communication skills and English proficient
– Deep understanding of technology
– Proven record of managing a team, and getting things done
– Flexible and focused on solutions
– Proactive and self-starter: attitude is a must!
