AltGen’s client is looking for a German-speaking Sales & Business Developer who is fluent in both written and spoken German and is highly driven and result-orientated. This is a chance to work for a grant and tax incentives specialist looking to expand in the German market, so you don’t want to miss out!
To be the person for the job, you will need a Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field as well as at least 4 years of work experience accompanied by a proven sales and business development track record. As there will be occasional travel to Germany once Covid-19 regulations allow it, it is non-negotiable that you are fluent in both German and English – don’t apply if you cannot speak both languages! Your responsibilities will include conducting research and collecting new leads, creating marketing strategies and material, preparing fee proposals and ensuring deals are closed, and reaching out to new and current leads to set up meetings. Being a people person is a big part of this role! It is also important that you use your initiative and can work independently as well as excel in a team.
