What does a Marketing and Communications Lead do at Value for Women?

The Marketing and Communications Lead works closely with the Senior Management Team to support our client-facing consultant team on multiple projects with businesses and investors, corporate foundations, development institutions and financial institutions across the globe. Our team delivers advisory services, research and technical assistance on gender and social inclusion, business, investment and finance projects, and in the process produces several client-facing and public-facing resources – documents, frameworks, toolkits, case studies and multimedia products. The Lead will ensure that our high-quality work is leveraged and highlighted through appropriate marketing and communications channels and establishes our thought leadership in the sector.

Success in this role is the ability to be results-driven, outcomes-focused, working efficiently on multiple projects at once, and across multiple teams. The successful applicant will have a positive, problem-solver attitude, and work well on their own as well as part of a team.
