In addition to the core auction business, Charitybuzz offers a premium, bespoke experience service via the Custom Experience/Dream Big program.  Leveraging their extensive rolodex of relationships, Charitybuzz works offline and behind-the-scenes to procure experiences which fulfill their customer’s dream requests.

For example, for fans of theatre, we\’ll set them up with a backstage experience with the cast of Hamilton.


Charitybuzz is searching for a talented and creative business leader to develop the growth strategy and manage the execution for the Dream Big program.  The ideal candidate must have a successful track record developing and implementing a strategic business plan focused on maximizing new revenue channels.


STRATEGY: Developing strategy and implementing company-wide processes to efficiently grow and lead the Dream Big program.

REVENUE: Creating a growth plan to achieve aggressive sales goals.

SALES MANAGEMENT: Managing the full sales cycle, including qualifying requests, negotiating pricing, and ensuring each experience is executed flawlessly.

PARTNERSHIPS: Identifying, pitching, and closing deals with luxury brands to drive customer acquisition.

MARKETING: Driving marketing efforts to increase awareness and flow of qualified requests for our Custom Experiences.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: Creating and implementing a VIP program at Charitybuzz aimed at delivering an over-the-top experience for our top customers.

LEADERSHIP: This role requires a candidate who flourishes in a leadership position.  You will approach the role with an entrepreneurial spirit and will be expected to manage the entire Dream Big business unit autonomously.

An Effective Communicator. You have excellent oral and written communication skills. You can craft high-quality proposals and presentations, explain complex concepts in a digestible and humble manner, and have that rare mix of intellect and intuition.

Mission-aligned. You are deeply passionate about our mission. Impact comes first and you are relationship-oriented before profit-oriented.

Articulate & Sharp. You have a reputation for being particularly well-spoken, well-informed, and well-prepared for every encounter.


Professional Experience. 5-10 years of increasing responsibility in leading and achieving sales goals, growing a small business, business development, marketing, or other relevant experience

Pipeline Management. You are already well-versed in how to track leads using a CRM software.

Team Management. Experience managing with a track record of attracting, developing and motivating a team of professionals from diverse backgrounds.
