Working hours: 4 days per week, 37.5 per week (pro rata) excluding lunch breaks. So a minimum of 30 hours per week at 4dpw.
Salary range: £57,500 – 61,750 per annum, pro rata (£46,000 – 49,400 for 0.8FTE)

The purpose of the Head of Systems Change Practice Partnerships at the School of System Change is to take strategic leadership over the Learning and Practice Partnerships, our Bold Contributions, and cross-organisational learning and practice. The role’s strategic leadership should balance high quality offerings and organisational financial resilience.

The role is responsible for the following areas:

Strategic leadership of our Learning and Practice Partnership workstream
Co-leadership, oversight and delivery of our Bold Contributions workstream
Oversight and delivery of high quality systems change learning and facilitation offerings – accompaniment, bespoke learning programmes, inquiries, convenings
Income generation and management for our Learning and Practice Partnerships workstream and Bold Contributions workstream through relationship and partnership development, ensuring a healthy business model
Leadership of our learning and practice circle to shape our facilitation and pedagogical standards and quality internally and with our collaborative partners
Support the monitoring, evaluation and learning culture of the School
Supporting and contributing to the health of the School as a whole

This is a hands-on role, requiring direct design and delivery of systems change learning and practice accompaniment for initiatives and organisations, management of teams; alongside strategic leadership of two key workstreams for the School, as well as leading cross-team integrated learning.
