ANDE is seeking an Impact Analyst to take the lead on our metrics and evaluation work. The Analyst will support ANDE members to track their social and environmental performance, and aggregate their data into compelling reports that assess the state of the small and growing business sector. The Impact Assessment Analyst will also play a critical role in building a community of data-driven practitioners.
You are a great fit for this position if you:
+Are passionate about the power of small businesses to create social, economic, and environmental good;
+Have significant work experience in this field and exposure to M&E, but are still at the early stages of your career;
+Are equally comfortable with spreadsheets and statistical analysis AND writing and communicating your findings;
+You don’t just love data, you also enjoy connecting with people. You have a strong customer service orientation, or client-focused / community management experience
