Capria is seeking a highly qualified, entrepreneurial, and self-directed investment professional to support our investment and overall operational activity throughout Africa. The Associate will also be involved in transactions and other projects on a global basis.
As Investment Associate, you will be an integral part of the Capria investment team as we finish deploying capital from our current fund; and finish raising and start investing our next fund. You will work closely with Capria’s leadership team and be involved in virtually all aspects of our work including sourcing partnering opportunities, supporting our fund manager selection process, contributing to due diligence on direct deals, managing data collection and reporting, and facilitating value creation with in our portfolio to deliver targeted returns.
An ideal candidate will be excited to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, global startup environment, learning and mastering new skills while working closely with the firm’s experienced executives who’ve been building and investing in tech companies for decades. We are looking for a go-getter who will advance quickly and grow into increased responsibility in both breadth and depth of leadership.
