Who We Are
RH Capital is the impact venture capital arm of Rhia Ventures that invests in women’s reproductive health companies that promise to transform care, access, affordability and choice for all women. We believe that women’s health has been a long-neglected market by venture capital, despite enormous unmet needs and opportunities. In 2019, we launched RH Capital Fund I, with seven portfolio investments (Bloomlife, Cadence Health, Cirqle Biomedical, Nurx, Ovia Health, Raydiant Oximetry and YourChoice Therapeutics). In July of 2020, we launched RH Capital II and are now actively investing.

Our Focus
Our primary focus is to catalyze investment in reproductive health companies that promise to benefit women in the United States (and beyond). Our priorities include maternal health and contraception, but we can invest in other high-impact areas of reproductive health. We bring a strong equity lens to all of our investments, with the goal of positively impacting underserved and vulnerable populations including BIPOC, Medicaid, and low-income patients.

Our Team and Culture
We are investment professionals who are dedicated to the mission of improving women’s reproductive health, have the experience to hit the ground running, and have a growth mindset for ourselves and our organization. We value diversity, have the courage to trust quickly and engage honestly, and deliver high quality results consistently over time in a work environment that is flexible and accounts for our families and private lives. We value collaboration, professionalism, academic rigor, and learning from our victories as well as our failures. We are continuously developing ourselves and our organization.
