Your role at Tony’s

Tony’s Chocolonely exists to make 100% slave free the norm in chocolate. As a junior application support at Tony’s your primary goal is to make sure users can use their IT tools effectively to support the goals of the organization. You provide support, implement change requests, maintain accounts and security protocols, develop and train users, document and optimize their IT systems. Your focus will be on their core systems: Microsoft 365, MiddleWare (Dell Boomi), ERP (Business Central), Forecasting (Oracle PBCS) and CRM (Salesforce). You are part of team IT, will work closely with their partners for Dell Boomi, NAV, Oracle PBCS and Salesforce and report to the IT Manager.

Are you ready to raise the bar with them? Here’s what you will do:

Ensure users have access to the IT tools they need

Guide the authorization and security process, so users have access to the information they need to fulfill the goals of the organization. Ensure the IT systems are secure by reviewing and following security protocols.

Ensure users can use the tools optimally

Develop and conduct training on their core systems. Answer any functional questions related to the application and process service requests. Document frequently asked questions and ensure the sharing of critical knowledge about the applications to raise productivity of all users.

Facilitate changes to IT capability

Translate user requests to business cases, conduct gap/fit analysis and set functional requirements for changes or additions to the core systems to expand IT and Business capabilities to help achieve their goal. You will work in projects to achieve these additions and changes, being the liaison between the users, the IT team and their IT vendors.

Minimize impact of incidents

Handle any incidents, problems, errors and other impediments related to the core IT systems that users encounter. This involves first level support, first analysis, following escalation procedures and follow-up.

Must Haves

Verbal and written English language skills

Technical and functional knowledge of at least NAV (Business Central and Boomi ). They can teach you Oracle  😉

A clear fit with Tony’s culture, values and mission, and most importantly the drive and determination to create a real impact

You are hands on, ready to go the extra mile attitude, willing to help both your direct IT colleagues as well as the wider Tony’s team

Nice to Haves

It’s a big plus if you already have experience with Salesforce and Microsoft 365

Functional knowledge of Oracle PBCS
