Over the past six years, MH has brought in a series of Management Associates to build and improve its operations, as well as engage on strategic initiatives, such as financings, partnerships, and market development. We are fortunate to have had wonderfully talented and impactful Associates; we are looking to continue this record as we bring another 1-2 Associates onto the team. Past Associates have moved on to roles at leading international companies and social enterprises, as well as to attend top business schools, including the Stanford Graduate School of Business and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
MH is seeking up to 2 dedicated individuals to join the organization in Bhutan, ideally for two years. Candidates should be entrepreneurial, collaborative in their problem-solving approach, and committed to making a meaningful difference. Associates are given significant responsibility to analyze specific challenges, design solutions, then implement new procedures to further optimize MH’s operations. Associates are integrated quickly into the team and work very closely with colleagues throughout all levels of the Company, especially senior management.
This is a great opportunity to work closely with, and learn from, MH’s executive management team: serial entrepreneurs with decades of experience in the developing world, plus innovative scientists and technologists.
