Global Director – Clients
The Manager – Clients is responsible for ensure the day-to-day effectiveness of the marketing, sales and execution across all levels (all Global, Regional and County Hubs) related to all Ennovent offerings. The Manager is also responsible for coordinating strategic partnership work globally. In doing so, the Manager – Clients will work in close coordination with regional and country-based teams to manage and support day-to-day activities, to ensure the realization of targets.
Under the guidance and supervision of the Global Director – Clients, the specific responsibilities related to the Manager include, but are not limited to:
? Oversee the day-to-day execution of business development and sales processes across all offices to enable the achievement of stated targets.
? Oversee the efficient and successful execution of client contracts, and related processes, globally in coordination with regional and country teams.
? Oversee the creation and delivery of innovative marketing strategies, systems and approaches to enable the achievement of stated marketing targets.
? Provide technical assistance on the creation of sales proposals, reports, and other key documents.
? Oversee the coordination and development of strategic partnerships for the organisation.
? Foster effective collaboration between relevant units to ensure the achievement of sales, marketing and execution targets as well as overall organisational objectives.
? Build relationships with ecosystem stakeholders to support sales leads, partnerships, and other relationships required to deliver client value.
? Support, in conjunction with appropriate Managers, the creation of short and long-term strategies to achieve stated objectives related to sales, marketing and execution for all offerings.
? Contribute to the development, design and establishment of new offerings in line with global strategies and trends.
? Manage, mentor and build the capacity of junior team members in alignment with Ennovent’s core values.
? Contribute to the overall strategic and operational development of Ennovent as a member of the Senior Management team.
The Manager is a highly motivated and outgoing individual with exposure to project management with a proven track record of success in business development, marketing and/or exposure to consulting.
The Manager should possess:
? An advanced degree in business or management; MBA preferred.
? 7+ years of professional experience with advancing management responsibilities.
? Significant experience with project management, and end to end delivery of client projects.
? Exposure to business development and sales processes; proposal writing experience required.
? Some exposure to marketing and communications processes preferred.
? Exceptional written and verbal communications in English.
? A clear track record of success with business development and relationship cultivation.
? A diligent, detail-oriented and in-depth approach to work and delivering results.
? An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work with independence, ambiguity and flexibility to ensure targets and outcomes are reached.
? An extroverted personality that enables high-impact networking skills and instincts.
? A clear motivation to work in a start-up culture focused on having a positive impact at the bottom of the pyramid in India.
