The Communications team is looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Events Operations Manager to manage in all elements of event execution.
The Event Operations Associate will report to the Director, Global Events and will coordinate with the GIIN programmatic teams on agenda development, and manage speaker recruitment and tracking, marketing database management, event website and landing page management, attendee attraction strategy and execution, venue management, planning, logistics and budget for events. This position closely collaborates with internal departments and outside vendors and reports to the Director of Global Events and will be part of a small team. Overview of Responsibilities Qualifications: Other requirements Location: This position will be based in our New York City office with significant remote work flexibility offered through the GIIN’s hybrid in-person/remote work model. Compensation: Competitive compensation, commensurate with experience. Salary range for this role is $61,000 – $72,000 with an excellent benefits package. |
