Own and manage a LinkedIn content calendar, including post planning and scheduling

Test different post formats, cadences, and messaging approaches to improve reach and engagement
Support lead-generation objectives by aligning content with business development priorities
Maintain an organized content calendar and asset library
Coordinate content inputs from internal subject-matter experts
Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across channels
Make routine website updates (copy edits, images, basic SEO updates)
Coordinate with internal or external partners as needed for larger updates

Strong writing and editing skills, with a professional B2B tone
Demonstrated experience managing or contributing to LinkedIn content for a brand or organization
Comfort working in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets) and/or Apple Keynote
Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage deadlines independently
Interest or background in sustainability, climate, ESG, or environmental impact
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
