NationSwell is seeking a Membership Sales Manager to grow the NationSwell Council of members. You will be responsible for managing, executing and optimizing our outbound channel for membership growth.

Your focus will be to use our tried and true outbound sales strategy as a foundation to experiment and discover what is most effective for you. You will manage a team of Membership Coordinators, experts at researching and sourcing leads, allowing you to concentrate your efforts on the most rewarding part of sales – relationship building and the close!

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

Strategically recruiting NationSwell Council Members via outbound sales channels.
Managing a team of Membership Coordinators to support your goals
Generating creative ideas for outbound membership growth strategies and then managing the execution of them
Clearly communicating the company vision and the revenue strategy across all relevant functions to ensure the right goals are defined and met
Regularly measuring and analyzing productivity and effectiveness of sales and marketing activities
Ensuring that the quality of revenue generation activities positively affects the ability of the company to maximize objectives to achieve our mission

WHAT YOU’LL NEED…

2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in outbound sales
A quantifiable track record that illustrates your ability to close deals and hit measurable goals
A willingness to work in NYC and in a fast-paced, startup environment which requires comfort with ambiguity and a self-starter mentality
