WHAT ARE THEY OFFERING?

Fundación Capital is looking for a consultant to provide the services of Operations Officer for the Graduation Program. The consultant collaborates both in the design, implementation and evaluation of the graduation programs and in the local execution of the initiatives, which are framed within the area of ​​Social Promotion and Livelihoods. Likewise, it contributes to the development of technical and financial proposals aimed at potential donors and / or clients from the public and private sector, which contribute to achieving the economic inclusion objectives of Fundación Capital. They offer a contract for the provision of services with an initial duration of 6 months, with the possibility of renewal according to performance. The consultant will work in the teleworking modality and must be located in Latin America – preferably in Colombia, Paraguay, Peru or Brazil. Mastering the English and Spanish languages ​​is essential. WHAT ARE THE TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES?

Ensure compliance and correct technical and financial execution of the contracts related to the current graduation programs of Fundación Capital.

Develop activities for the design, implementation and evaluation of the Graduation Program.

Coordinate with local teams to promote the correct implementation of initiatives and the exchange of knowledge between countries.

Manage relationships with partners, strategic allies, donors or clients.

Prepare reports to donors and other requests.

Systematize and disseminate results of the programs.

Identify new project or business opportunities and respond in a timely manner to said opportunities by preparing technical and financial proposals aimed at potential donors and / or private sector clients.

 

WHO ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

Requirements

Skills and Knowledge

Professional experience of at least 2 years in the design, implementation and management of social projects and programs, preferably in the areas of economic inclusion, livelihoods, rural development, social protection and / or financial inclusion.

Experience in the implementation of projects and operational activities, such as: financial control, coordination with partners, planning and execution of field activities and reporting to donors.

Experience working with families and / or young people in situations of poverty and vulnerability. Knowledge of the social and economic reality of Latin America.

Self-management and organization skills.

Good analytical skills and familiarity with quantitative and qualitative monitoring and evaluation processes of social programs.

Ability to work in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.

Desirable

Knowledge of the social and economic reality of African countries.

Knowledge about gender and / or economic empowerment of women.

Experience in the use of ICTs / digital technologies in development programs.

Languages: Proficiency in English and Spanish (oral and written). Desirable Portuguese.

Education: Graduation in areas related to social sciences, economics or international development. Mastery is desirable.
