We are looking for an Oxfam Impact Investment Project Director at a pivotal time of transition and change for the organisation.

What you’ll be doing:
The Oxfam Impact Investment Project Director is a newly created senior position to lead the project team in the establishment of partnership relations with an investment manager and set up and implement an innovative blended finance structure together with the Investment Manager. This role will lead Oxfam’s engagement with the impact investing sector.

You’ll have:

An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:

Experience of working in impact investment space and/or with impact investors and under of impact investment principles (investment process, sales, and distribution principles)
Knowledge and experience relating to the role of the financial sector in low- and middle-income economies, particularly investment funds
Experience managing performance of others and helping people to develop, grow and achieve their potential, including increasing diversity and inclusion in teams and / or workplaces
Communication (oral and written) skills demonstrated ability to influence others at multiple levels, both internally and Ability to communicate to varied audiences, from internal teams to potential investors
Capacity to deal with conflicting priorities and deliver high quality work on schedule
