Who is the Growth Manager at
The Growth team at is the team that sells, opens new markets and drive innovation. In Latam, the market is vast with 60% of 650M people that live in rural areas and 50% of this segment that own animals. These are the smallholder farmers we want to impact!
Reporting to the LATAM Director, the Growth Manager is responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities in the Latin American region to hit our ambitious growth goals.

You will be in charge of:
– Proactively identifying and generating new business partnerships and opportunities to hit our growth goal, based on clear data-driven market analysis.
– Contracting and negotiating with potential business partners, while defining the way we build partnerships in Latin America.
– Developing a cost-benefit analysis according to the growth plan.
– Structuring and managing the database of contracts and contacts for commercial partnerships while ensuring it is always up to date.
– Project managing the partner organizations and the supporting contracts to ensure proper execution of agreed terms.
– Monitoring key deliverables and milestones and reporting regularly on our pipeline to the global Partnerships team.
– Capturing best practises and enhancing the partnership processess in collaboration with the Chief Growth Officer.
– Being the Latam representative of, pitching the company and its impact in various forums.

More about YOU:
– BA/BS degree required.
– 3-5 years relevant work experience in renewable energy, agriculture or any other relevant field in at least two countries in the latin America region.
– You are fluent in data analysis and data processing tools like analytics tools, data visualization tools, A/B testing tools, excel, etc
– You’re a problem solver and someone really structured, organized and highly self-driven.
– You are experimental at heart; embrace failure and use the results to draw actionable conclusions
– You have a deep understanding of various customer acquisition channels and customer behavior
