(The role) They are seeking a high energy and enthusiastic People Director with a proven track record in building and implementing systems frameworks and processes across the full HR Spectrum to join their Leadership Team. Your mission will be to grow and develop Instiglio and support in creating a culture that enables them to grow and consolidate a global team to take their impact to greater heights. This is a newly created position and a unique opportunity to join them in their next phase of growth and impact. You will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and the rest of the Leadership Team to develop and implement Instiglio’s People Strategy to ensure their fast-paced growth, and successful implementation of the best practices in People’s System at a global scale and the institutionalization of their culture.
The key responsibilities of the People Director will include, but are not limited to:
Strategy and Execution:
Drive the strategy and execution of key talent processes globally such as, recruitment, performance management, talent planning, succession planning, and career development.
Demonstrate an understanding of the issues that affect the company, supporting strategic decisions and aligning it with the mission and cultural values.

Employee Experience, Growth and Retention:
Engage, develop, and retain top talent by ensuring end-to-end connection across all aspects of the employee experience such as technology, communications, and manager conversations.
Apply knowledge of current and emerging best practices in People & Culture.
Drive continuous evolution of their performance management strategy to drive business impact and ongoing development.
Coaching and Leadership:
Manage and coach a team of People experts and work with them to understand and boost the team’s performance and motivation.
Collaborate as a trusted advisor for the leadership regarding Talent Acquisition Strategies, Culture, Development and Wellbeing.

(Education) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or related fields;
(Experience) At least 15 years of overall experience with a proven track record of leading multi-functional and multi-national teams;
(Specific knowledge/experience) Demonstrated experience in successful transformations and changes in process and systems; Successful implementation of changes in People systems; Leadership on culture institutionalization and organizational redesigns;
(Language) Full professional written and oral working proficiency in English (C1-C2).
