Join ONOW Myanmar to coach and support hundreds of small businesses around the country. The Program Coordinator works closely with the Operations Manager to deliver high-quality program implementation and meaningful impact for micro and small-business owners. This role ensures effective leadership of the field activities, monitors and supports the users’ needs, facilitates the in-person training sessions, and provides timely updates to the supervisor to enable responsive and impactful support.Job Responsibilities

The Program Coordinator leads the program implementation and field activities, collaborates with local stakeholders, and provides direct support to micro and small business owners through coaching, mentoring, and other business-related support activities.

– Coordinate the in-person training
– Lead the field visit activities
– Coaching site visits to businesses
– Data collection and entry
– Phone calling and scheduling
– Lead peer group meetings
– Coordinate with local stakeholders
– Serving directly to targeted MSMEs Business Owners
– Support and give guidance on the usage of the provided digital tools

PERFORM OTHER RELATED DUTIES AS NECESSARY


Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
– Minimum 2 years of work experience in the relevant field
– Must have digital literacy (Such as Microsoft Office, Google tools, and others)
– Basic understanding of business models
– Able to communicate in English
– Experiences in vocational training or livelihood (Preferably)
– Able to lead assigned tasks independently with minimal supervision.

– Communicated through a hybrid model design with co-workers, stakeholders, and target business owners.

Reporting and Management
This position is 1 Year and 3 months Contract and based in Bogale, Meiktila, and Monya (Myanmar). Hybrid Working (Work from home + on site). This position reports to the Operations Manager.
