Located in the Office of Structured Finance & Insurance of the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation, you will serve as a senior officer managing the most complex, sensitive, or precedent-setting finance and political risk insurance projects in the clean energy space, including, but not limited to, utility scale wind and solar, green hydrogen and its derivatives, and utility scale energy storage.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT SELECTIVE PLACEMENT FACTOR: Applicants must possess experience conducting and reviewing project finance loan origination within the clean energy sector (e.g. large renewable, storage, hydrogen, utility scale wind and solar). Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. |
